Are you interested in running a food stall or coffee trailer in one of Hounslow’s parks?
We are seeking expressions of interest from mobile catering facilities to operate within our parks and open spaces.We are seeking:
- offers that will provide healthy snacks, meals and or beverages to a diverse audience who visit the borough’s parks and open spaces.
- someone who can demonstrate environmental responsibility by limiting their carbon footprint across all aspects of operation, including their mobile catering unit, food sourcing and recycling.

How to Apply
- Interested providers must complete the online application form in as much detail as possible.
- Applications will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis and assessed for suitability.
- High-scoring unsuccessful bidders will be contacted and offered alternative appropriate pitches, if available.
- Availability: 7 days / week, 12hrs / day (Minimum of 3hrs/day, 2 days/week)
- Minimum pitch fee: £5/hour (or best offer), £50 application fee (if successful)
- The minimum available contract length will be 2 months. The maximum available contract length will be 12 months. Vendors are required to specify the preferred length of contract as part of their application.
- The form is open all year round.

There are 2 sites listed that have facilities, the rest do not.
- Watermans Park- Electrical hookup (additional £10/day if used – not three-phase power).
- Inwood Park- Electrical hookup through existing building (additional £10/day for electricity).
- Successful applications will be charged an initial £50 administration fee, followed by their proposed pitch license fee monthly in arrears.
- Electricity and water is not included unless otherwise noted. We encourage applicants to provide their own battery or generator-powered facilities where required.
- Clean, environmentally-friendly operating is a mandatory requirement of this process. Applicants may be excluded if they do not meet a minimum standard for operation within a green space.
- Applications will not be processed for the following sites Boston Manor Park, Dukes Meadows, Redlees Park and Turnham Green.
- Lampton Park has upcoming works and will not be available for concessions from October 2026 to July 2027.
