The Council's Youth Skills Employment Guarantee (YSEG) aims to help young people aged 14-25 living in Hounslow gain better access to the skills and employment opportunities across the borough, fostering future growth within the borough.

The Council is currently undertaking a refresh of this Alliance, including a rebrand to ‘Opportunity Alliance’. Work Hounslow, the Council’s Skills and Employment team, will lead the new partnership going forward.
