Tilley Road CPZ Review
As a result of a petition from residents, Hounslow Council is seeking your views regarding possible changes to the Tilley Road controlled parking zone (CPZ) operational times. The consultation is open for your views until 13 March 2026.
Overview
A petition was received by the council requesting changes to the operational times of the existing Tilley Road CPZ.
The petition identifies that the existing evening and weekend operational times are considered to be excessive and counter-productive for visitors of residents.
What are we proposing?
The Council is consulting specifically in relation to the operational times of the CPZ.
We would like to know your views on:
1. The suitability of the current CPZ operational times (Monday-Sunday, 9am-8pm)
2. What alternative operational times are preferred
3. Other comments relating to the CPZ design
How to respond
Whether supportive of the current CPZ or not, we ask you to share your views by completing the online questionnaire or writing to us by 13 March 2026.
Online – Take the “Tilley Road CPZ Review” online questionnaire below. It should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
Email – Please complete the paper questionnaire, available to print via the right-hand side of this webpage, and email it to consult@hounslow.gov.uk by scanning or photographing the completed questionnaire. If using this method, please ensure that your response and/or comments are clearly visible, and that the subject or body of the email identifies that it is a response to Tilley Road CPZ Review.
Post - Alternatively, you can download the consultation and send a paper copy to 'Tilley Road CPZ Review', Transport and Parking, London Borough of Hounslow, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB. Please ensure it reaches us by 13 March 2026.

Next steps
All feedback will be summarised and reported to your local ward councillors along with our recommendations based on the consultation responses.
Once a decision has been made, the results will be published on this page and we will also write to all residents and businesses within the CPZ to provide an update and advise on any next steps. This is anticipated to be in May 2026 subject to no unforeseen delays.
If the consultation outcome identifies support for changes to the CPZ operational times, the council will then undertake formal (statutory) consultation. Residents and businesses will be provided with further information regarding this process in writing should any changes be advanced to that stage.
