What is Think Well?
Think Well is a new, youth-friendly wellbeing space opening in Cranford.
The hub has been designed with young people to create a safe, welcoming and non-clinical space where you can relax, take part in activities, meet new people and access support when you need it.
The name Think Well also links to Hounslow’s postcode (TW), giving the hub a local identity while encouraging young people to think positively about their wellbeing.
What can you do at Think Well?
Drop in after school
Try creative, sports and wellbeing activities
Take part in themed sessions on topics that matter to young people
Meet new people
Access information and support for your wellbeing
Be signposted to other services if needed
Open every week:
Monday: 4-8pm
Wednesday: 4-8pm
Friday: 3-9pm
