Welcome to the Leaseholder Network page, bringing together views from leaseholders with Hounslow Council and sharing opportunities for homeowners who want to play an active role in shaping and improving our services.

This is a space where your experience, insight, and ideas help influence how we deliver services now and in the future. By joining the network, you are helping us build a more transparent, responsive and resident‑focused approach to leasehold services.

From time to time, we will invite members to share their views on key topics, proposals, and service changes. This may include surveys, feedback sessions, or participation in task and finish groups focused on specific issues. You can choose how and when you get involved, and every contribution, big or small, will help inform better decisions.

This page will be regularly updated with opportunities to get involved, feedback outcomes, and updates on how your input is making a difference. We’re also developing a forward plan of priority areas where we would particularly value leaseholder input over the coming year.

Opportunities to get involved and help improve services

Over the next 12 months, we’ll be working with the Leaseholder Network on the following areas:

• Fire safety: improving communication, understanding, and resident engagement around building safety

• Leaseholder alterations: reviewing processes and guidance to make them clearer and more accessible

• Service charges: increasing transparency and helping leaseholders better understand costs and value for money

• Plain English communications: making all our information simpler, clearer, and easier to understand

We will continue to update this plan throughout the year to reflect emerging priorities and feedback from leaseholders.
