Welcome to the Let's Talk page for Hounslow's Registered Provider Forum! In this space, we will share relevant news updates, opportunities for collaboration, and information about future RP Forum meetings. This also provides a chance for you - our RP partners - to provide input on the Forum, and to shape the agendas of future meetings.
Overview
The Hounslow Registered Provider Forum is a collaboration between Hounslow Council and Registered Providers of social housing in the borough, who provide over 11,000 units of social housing stock for Hounslow residents.
Hounslow Council is committed to improving its partnership working with RPs in the borough - as such, we have decided to establish the Hounslow RP Forum, which takes place on a quarterly basis.
The RP Forum aims to support the delivery of the goals of Hounslow Council's 2025-2030 Housing Strategy.
The RP Forum also aims to improves data-sharing practices between the Council and RPs, as well as improving collaboration around issues such as building safety, community safety/ASB, planning and development, homelessness and allocations.
What are we proposing?
Currently, we are in the process of drafting a Hounslow Housing Compact, which will set out the short-term, medium-term and long-term goals of the RP Forum.
The draft version of the Compact contains four key objectives for the RP Forum:
Tackle homelessness and rough sleeping
Deliver safe and decent social housing
Support residents to live healthy, independent and sustainable lives
Deliver more genuinely affordable homes
The next meeting of the Hounslow Registered Provider Forum will take place at 12pm on Thursday, 23 April 2026, at Hounslow House (3 Bath Road, TW3 3EB). At this meeting, we will be discussing the Housing Compact, and seeking your input into the Compact.
You can view the draft Housing Compact in the Important Documents section at the bottom of this page.
Seeking your views on the RP Forum
We are keen to ensure that the RP Forum is useful and worthwhile, and we want you - our Registered Provider partners - to take the lead on setting the agenda, and on deciding what would be most useful to you.
As such, you can use the ideas tool below to tell us whatever you feel is important, and to provide input into the RP forum. For example, you may want to share:
