Children's Playground - Brabazon Estate

The idea for the creation of a children's playground on the Brabazon Estate was raised by residents at the Heston and Cranford Area Forum on 8th January 2024. 

This project aims to address the lack of play facilities for children on the estate by creating a new playground and improving the surrounding open space. This project responds to frequent feedback from residents about the need for local play facilities, with the nearest playground currently a 25-30 minute walk away. The project also aims to address issues like overcrowding and high rates of childhood obesity in the area by providing a safe and accessible recreational space for children and families.
