The council’s Antisocial Behaviour (ASB) team is dedicated to managing and addressing issues related to antisocial behaviour among council tenants. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and environment for our tenants within the community.

We deal with all cases of reports on Anti-social behaviour associated with our tenants

We Investigate and responds to reports from residents concerning antisocial behaviour, including noise disturbances, harassment, vandalism, and other disruptive activities.

We work to resolve conflicts through mediation, encouraging communication between affected parties to reach mutually agreeable solutions.

The team is equipped with various tools and legal powers to address serious cases of ASB. This may include issuing warning letters, working with the police, and pursuing court action when necessary. We may also implement interventions such as Acceptable Behaviour Agreements and service notice in severe situations.

The ASB team provides support and guidance to victims, offering information, including support services and referral options.
