Assist and promote independent living
Reduce risk of being made homeless through eviction
To support those most vulnerable to empower them to make the right choices to live safe and independently in their home
Make safeguarding referrals in the event of tenants identified as being at risk of abuse.
Support and encourage tenancy engagement with the necessary support network agencies as necessary to assist with the recovery of drug and alcohol dependencies.
Regularly monitoring and working closely with all necessary agencies to ensure action plans are working effectively to improve their quality of live and to others directly effected.
To oversee process and implementation of PEEP. To assist the vulnerable in the event of emergency situations as and when necessary.
