In line with Hounslow Council's Schools Amalgamation Policy, the Local Authority is proposing to close Victoria Junior School on 31 August 2025, to coincide with extending the age range of Cardinal Road Infant & Nursery School, creating a merged Primary school on the existing schools’ sites from 1 September 2025.
The merged Primary school will accommodate pupils between the ages of 3 and 11, providing places for 630 boys and girls, plus 45.5 full time equivalent places for nursery pupils. All pupils attending Cardinal Road Infant & Nursery School and Victoria Junior School at the time of amalgamation would automatically become part of the merged Primary school.
