This consultation closed on 31 March 2024.
In early 2024, we began the process of updating the borough of Hounslow's Local List. The Local List is a list of buildings or sites that are recognised for their contribution to the local character of, and distinctiveness in, an area.
As part of this update, we invited the public to nominate places in Hounslow that are important and that they would like to see featured on the Local List. We asked residents to nominate a building or site using the Placemaker platform but also welcomed submissions via email, pictures, and video.
Current progress
Officers have been assessing nominations and visiting sites. The draft revised document is currently under construction and will be taken to Cabinet by February 2025.
