The Lampton Park Community Garden development project was created in Spring 2024.
The aim of this project is to create a welcoming space that teaches skills you may not have known about gardening, meet likeminded individuals, and create a sense of ownership in a much-loved park.
Thank you to all that joined our Summer programme, the new Autumn/Winter dates are below.
This year, the focus is on maintaining a Herb Garden which centres around lots of different cultures including African, Asian, Eastern European cuisine, and more.
This May and June – Pop-up workshops were held at the new Lampton Park Community Garden. These sessions focussed on developing a herb garden and was hosted by Cultivate London and Urban Trailblazer.
These workshops consisted of learning how to sow seeds, plug plants, complete root cuttings and be part of the garden creation.
