Young people consultation - standard

This consultation asks what you think about the priorities the Council has chosen for how it will shape its housing work. These are big goals that the Council wants to focus on. Later, more detailed plans will be made on how it will carry them out. 

1.  

The Council already helps people who don’t have a safe place to live, including young people staying with friends, family, or at risk of becoming homeless. We offer advice, support, and emergency housing where possible. We want to do even better.

Some people rent homes from private landlords. The Council wants to make sure all rented homes are safe and landlords treat people fairly.
