Hounslow Council has appointed Niblock with the contract now agreed and being signed in March for a planned start on site at Holly House scheduled for April. Actual dates will be confirmed shortly, and Niblock will issue to all residents a welcome pack that will include key contacts.
The planned works will include:
Completion of EWI (External Wall Insulation)
Completion of external fabric repairs
Review window and door installation to complete repairs as deemed necessary.
Undertake full roof survey to review Fire Stopping detail and fabric and undertake works as necessary to completion.
Undertake Drainage survey and repairs.
Decoration works to all communal areas and stairwell.
Install new walkway and communal flooring
Box in Gas meters as identified
Leaseholders
If you are a leaseholder you’ll receive the final account for the work carried out by Breyer in September 2026. You’ll then be able to arrange to view the documents and invoices making up the charge if you wish.
