Your Community Development Officer

 As a Community Development Officer, my role involves collaborating with communities to identify and address their priorities, aspirations and needs. I take the lead in place-based working, conducting ward walks, organizing large-scale community events and managing area forums. My focus is on gathering information to populate community insight reports, which guide our efforts in supporting both communities and councillors as community leaders.
