How is the Council's highways strategy supporting active travel and what impact will the new seat of Hammersmith and Chiswick have on this?

How is the council tackling bike thefts? My son and his friend had their bikes stolen from Feltham High Street, I was told by local security and local police officers that 'the place is well known for bike thefts'. How are crimes that have such a detrimental effect on the local population be ignored or not resolved. There are many cameras on Feltham High Street. It simply does not make sense that cases have been closed due to the lack of evidence and resources?

I have emailed and got a reply, promising by Highways that the tree opposite Greggs along Feltham High St would be replaced within the Autumn schedule. Yet it still hasn't been replaced. Have emailed officers with no reply. Can I please have an update and assurances from Council this will be done.

Are there any plans to regenerate Beavers Estate? The whole estate is in dire need of development

Why is an E-bike bay to be inflicted on Elizabeth Way with no consultation, the bay for Queens Ave was not progressed. The 1 at the junction of Queens Way & Castle Way lasted 3 weeks - at what cost? due to safety concerns & negative reactions from residents. Quoting an officer “in selecting locations for bike parking bays we prioritise safety, visibility/prominence of locations & proximity to users”! None applies to Elizabeth Way. It's a feeder road for 3 cul de sacs & busier than Queens Ave - the ORIGINAL location for a bay on Tudor Estate.

A local family is seen rough outside the centre on Feltham High Street every night. What steps will the council take to reduce homelessness and to provide enough shelter spaces this winter, including enough warm home support for families with kids, elderly or disabled?

What strategies are the council implementing to reduce knife and street crimes among youth in our community? Is there a focus on increasing police presence or utilizing technology to monitor high-risk areas for knife-related incidents?

To lot of local people have been seen shoplifting in local stores including Lidl, Asda, Tesco, Nisa Local etc. What initiatives has the local council to ensure such individuals have enough food for survival and to ensure the people and communities working or shopping in such stores are safe? Can you also write to the relevant central departments to increase the local police force to increase street patrols?

Local School kids have been noticed creating a nuisance to the public and stores outside Greggs and Nisa Local store around Feltham High Street after school. What new initiatives can the council take to ensure such kids are engaged in some useful activities or simply ensure they return to a safe environment after school? Can the local council work with community organizations or schools to provide alternatives and support to such young individuals at risk?

Can the Hounslow council work with local businesses to ensure there are enough ‘graduate schemes and placements’ available for local students who have recently graduated? I completed my degree with first class in 2022 but still struggle to get a placement or indicated in any graduated scheme. There is a need for graduates to be easily taken into the industry soon after completing their studies. Also, what additional living cost support can the council provide to encourage students to attend higher education or university, besides the council tax exemption?

In Hounslow we see council is allowing unsustainable level of new high-rise constructions for housing without Increasing the number of schools, pharmacy, doctors, and dentists. The rising population of Hounslow is seen to be strongly correlated with the rising crimes in our Borough. When will the council stop allow this unsustainable level of construction of new high rise housing structures in our Borough?

Both the Council parking department and the police deny responsibility for enforcing the illegal parking at the junction of Park Way and Hounslow Road every Friday.
I believe it is the responsibility of Council officers as they enforcing illegal parking elsewhere
Can the council review the present stalemate.

Aside from local mental health charities, what is being done to drive the importance of mental health and an awareness of one's value and place in society, especially in young adults (YAs)? Our education system champions academic success but fails to promote the emotional intelligence needed by YAs who suffer from the inability to emotionally self-regulate, a lack of ambition, and an apathy towards life and hard work. From painful experience the crisis of mental health is tragically disregarded by ethnic minority parents and is therefore an issue pertinent to our borough of 55.8% eth. min's.

You were given 11.5 million from Government for rate relief to help local businesses impacted from Covid .The scheme you devised, included relief to large corporates ie BA, UPS, Maersk, etc and ignored some small businesses who were refused to appeal
1.3 million is still left to distribute BUT rather than help more struggling small businesses you confirm you're going to return it all to Gov. Why?

How are activities in LBH venues monitored with regard to Security/Health Safety Practices/Parking/Attendee numbers. This seems to have been sadly lacking at the FAHall TW14 9DN in recent years. There seems to be no accountability to Residents around these venues that cause misery/distress to many. Enforcement seems to be a real problem.

National Neighbourhood Watch is an independent charity which should be able to hold the Council and Police to account. It is another voice for residents. The Council should listen to charities and its political influence on charities is not welcomed. How can this voice be independent?
