Overview

A petition has been received by the council requesting the introduction of a controlled parking zone (CPZ) in Warwick Road, Hounslow. The petition identifies an increase in non-residential parking as a primary cause of the parking difficulties being experienced.

In response to the petition, the council are now seeking the views of those who live or work within the above roads to determine if there is a wider support for the proposed introduction of a CPZ.

What are we proposing?

The council are seeking your views on the proposed introduction of a CPZ in the roads listed below and, should there be a support for a CPZ, we also seek your views on the possible operating times and layout (location of parking bays, yellow lines, etc.) of the proposed CPZ:

  • Beavers Lane (between Salisbury Road and the Great South-West Road)
  • Chester Road
  • Ely Road
  • Great South-West Road (the service road linking the A30 and Beavers Lane)
  • Green Lane (between Lichfield Road and The Causeway)
