In line with the Department for Education, School Admissions Code, the London Borough of Hounslow is consulting on the proposed admission arrangements for community schools for 2025-2026.
There are no changes to the admission criteria from 2024-2025. However, we have made changes to the layout of the admissions policy to make the information easier to access. We have also updated the following sections to make the information clearer:
out of age group applications including summer born delayed admissions
part time and deferred entry
applications from abroad
The full admissions policy can be viewed in the document in the link on the right side of this page.
What happens next?
The outcomes of this consultation will help shape the considerations for school admission arrangements, this will be submitted to the Council's Cabinet for approval in early 2024.
